- You may phone, e-mail, or print out the order form and mail your order to us. Free gift with every order.
- Gift Certificates:
- Available in amounts of $20 or above.
- Multiple Orders:
- Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. You will be informed of possible delays.
- Lay-a-way:
- A 20% deposit holds any non-custom piece for up to six months, with a full refund of your deposit within 30 days. After 30 days, a gift certificate will be issued for the full amount of the deposit.
- Returns:
- 1. If not satisfied , you may return item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or credit- Please request a authorization number as an authorization number is required for all returns. (all returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
- 2. Please return in the original condition, and ship via insured carrier. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded
- 3. Unless otherwise indicated on your receipt, undamaged items may be returned within 60 days of purchase in exchange for other pieces or for a gift certificate equal to the amount of the purchase.
- 4. Custom orders are not returnable.
